Sauce, on the side


Hi everyone!

When I started this challenge just over three months ago, I set the intention to judge home cooked Spaghetti Bolognese sauces, as well as restaurant ones.

So, this is how it’s going to work – I’m asking all those who are Melbourne locals, and interested in putting their Bolognese to the test, to drop off your sauce one weekend next year (most likely sometime in May). I’ll cook up the spaghetti and will taste and judge each sauce, and pick the best three. I’m working on securing some great prizes to giveaway to the winners.

I know it’s a while away, but I thought I’d keep you all in the loop with Spaghetti Blogenese plans so you have enough time to practice and perfect those sauces! You should also know that I’ll be tasting blind (i.e. I wont know whose sauce belongs to who until after I’ve made my verdict).
